You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information to facilitate communication and service delivery.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify Vitryxa immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.

In case of suspected hacking, please inform Vitryxa without delay to enable prompt security measures.

Vitryxa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms or involved in suspicious activities.

Service Description

We may modify or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, improvements, or unforeseen events with prior notice when possible.

While we strive for continuous availability, Vitryxa does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control.

User Conduct Rules

Participants agree to abide by the following conduct rules to ensure a respectful and safe environment:

• Respect other participants and staff, avoiding harassment or disruptive behavior.
• Follow safety instructions provided during wellness activities and use equipment responsibly.
• Refrain from using illegal substances or engaging in prohibited acts on retreat premises.
• Protect personal belongings and report any damages or hazards promptly.
• Comply with local laws and retreat policies at all times.

User-Generated Content

Users may share testimonials, photos, or reviews relating to their retreat experience.

By submitting content, you confirm ownership or have obtained necessary rights to share it with Vitryxa.

You grant Vitryxa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on others' rights or contain inappropriate material.

Vitryxa reserves the right to remove any user content that violates terms or is deemed inappropriate without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Vitryxa services, content, and branding are owned or licensed by Vitryxa.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Vitryxa content without explicit permission.
• Modification or derivative works based on Vitryxa intellectual property are prohibited without consent.
• Use of activity or logos is limited to designated purposes with authorization from Vitryxa.

Paid Services

Certain offerings within the Vitryxa wellness retreat require payment as indicated in the service description.

Prices are clearly listed and inclusive of applicable Swiss taxes unless otherwise specified.
